Will Any Hire determine which of my talent can be classified as independent contractors?
Yes, Any Hire will determine whether independent contractor classification is appropriate for each of your engagements. You are not required to follow Upwork’s classification recommendation, but if you choose not to do so, Upwork cannot offer the indemnification against misclassification claims.
