Does Any Hire help me with finding talent?
Any Hire does not directly provide services to source talent. You should use Any Hire when you have identified talent without Upwork’s help.
When you do want to use Upwork to find talent, you can leverage the Upwork marketplace:
- Post jobs to attract proposals to find the right freelancer for your need
- Get help from Talent Scout recruiter to help source marketplace talent
- Search, browse and buy fixed projects that freelancers have created in Project Catalog™
- Large organizations looking to hire and manage talent at scale are encouraged to leverage Upwork Enterprise.
Upwork makes it easy to manage both your marketplace-sourced talent and Any Hire contracts in one central location on your client dashboard.
Does Any Hire screen and qualify workers?
No. Any Hire is for working with talent that you have already screened for the project. If you need help finding talent, Talent Scout can help!
Can I find talent on the marketplace and then use Any Hire to set up the contract?
Any Hire is primarily for contracting professionals that you found outside of Upwork. For talent you find on Upwork, you can work with them via the Upwork Marketplace.
If you wish to bring talent found on the marketplace to Any Hire, you must first complete the conversion process. Once the conversion process is complete you can create an Any Hire contract and continue using the Upwork tools you are familiar with.
